Yes, it counts. I have an insurance auto-debit. It works.
Then I have those 0% 12-mth installment purchase. It works.

e.g. For Jan, I only have 1x insurance auto-debit and 1x 0% installment. Waived.

MBB Visa Flex. But after the MBB Petronas Visa comes out (no minimum swipe per year and free for life), this Flex seems useless (Minimum 2x swipe per month)

Citibank Choice is another, minimum 2x swipe per month. I make 2x online payment, each amounting <RM10 which equals to 2x transaction for the month, total <RM15. Waived.

CIMB Direct Access is the best, fuss free. Free for life, no condition.

The above are discussing about free for life / waiver cards. Not discussing about bad/slow CS, rejected applications, lousy rewards redemption or local/overseas bank CC. tongue.gif

Nope. It counts. There is one month I paid only 1x bill and 1x RM10 petrol for Citibank Choice CC. Waived. Otherwise, I recall will charge RM5/mth.

No. This credit card thread is also for the Amex Credit Card (MBB). The other Amex thread is the Charge Card (green soldier card tongue.gif )

No, MBB Amex Classic/Gold Credit Card get TP. I'm using this since >3 yrs ago. I can combine the TP with my other MBB Credit Card to redeem rewards. Done that.

Only MBB Amex Platinum Credit Card gets MR.

Yeah, nothing in my mind to redeem now. Jusco cash voucher (best liquidity) is on my mind for grocery purchase. Else, wait for MBB TP Fair again, want to redeem another notebook lock.

1) 5x TP with Petronas Card + Petronas fuel
2) 8x TP with Amex for petrol and groceries (include Jusco)
It is better to spend and pay with CC to collect the high points now. Wait till the promotion is over, then only redeem the points for vouchers. Or redeem the vouchers and sell to friends/colleagues rolleyes.gif

Still worth it, no ? Better than normal 2x/5x (don't even mention normal 1x doh.gif ) At the end of promo period, redeem the points for cash voucher tongue.gif
