Does anyone know of any mid mountain or mountain top areas where we can camp? At peninsular msia only, like genting, Cameron Highlands, frasers Hill etc. Would like to camp in chilly cool areas.

You want to camp on top this place mountain or on that cool place?

I want to setup my own camp at the mountain areas, maybe mid or top mountain. So long it's cool and cold weather. Got any recommendations?

This mountain is not a public place. It is a jungle and it has a certain degree of risk.

With fewer humans roaming during this pandemic, more wildlife is coming out.

So camp at your own risk.

You want safe, camp at the town gazette for camping. This high-ground town is cold. Sg.pauh in Cameron and around town in Fraser.

The coldest is in Genting. But it is illegal. So can't recommend it in public.

You can try Gunung Datuk. Camp near the peak. Peak got 360 degree view.

hello outdoor fellas, wanna ask if there's any local MRE products that you guys can recommend?

so far I tried Brahim's, Kembara, Ezefood, Sharifah Food MREs during my camp trips.. only Kembara ones have 'taste' though their chicken n beef chunks a bit dry (what can I expect from MRE eh)... the rest really tasteless/bland, or just downright crap..

Are there sites at Janda Baik we can rent a spot to camp? Last time when I stayed in an AirBnB i remember waking up to 19c - 21c temps, night was pretty cool as well. Wondering if there's any recommended spots?

Janda baik have plenty private campsite. Just go to FB and type janda baik campsite.

I only try this ABC campsite in janda baik. Don’t feel the cool.

Cameron can as low as 14c-17c at night.

Next 2 weeks will try again in genting.

Hi guys. Any recommended beginner hiking trails around KL/Selangor?

I tried Broga Hill 2 years ago and I found it a bit tougher than I expected with the almost vertical rock climbs at some sections. So far on my list I have Taman Tugu and Bukit Nanas which seems more manageable to start off with.

Broga is for beginner wor?

Saga, gasing, Kiara, Kota damansara and wawasan is for beginner.

Haha consider me a super beginner Too sedentary lifestyle all this while.
