urm... it is for delts n traps, but it is bad for our shoulder balde thingy due to internal rotation...

ic, never did barbell too, but tot dumbbells oso give the same rotating effect... so its safe for dumbbell huh? den i'l add it back to my routine, cz it is kinda fun to do that

urm... try dumbell squat? or start off with bodyweight squat... 20x5 with 1mins rest in between... u will be sweating in no time biggrin.gif

oops... i should have jz make it simple... jz do normal squat... haha...

yea, jz like yeah_guyz and mofonyx said... squat w/o any weight...
