i havent squat more than 100kg for almost 2 months.
my previous 1RM is around 120kg. i improved almost 20kg or more just by doing deadlifts itself.

135lbs - 10 reps
185lbs-  10 reps
205lbs-    8 reps
235lbs-    6 reps
255lbs-    6 reps
285lbs-    4 reps

i didnt go for 1RM coz no spotter, so wats the estimation of my 1RM?

ahh, after last week overhead press workout..my neck seem like very tight.
i found one trigger point on my trap, and feel painful when i pressing it. after self-massage yesterday night, it still so tight...damn it. anything to solve?
