LOL didnt know i improved so much. haha... i havent squat more than 100kg for almost 2 months. my previous 1RM is around 120kg. i improved almost 20kg or more just by doing deadlifts itself. 135lbs - 10 reps 185lbs- 10 reps 205lbs- 8 reps 235lbs- 6 reps 255lbs- 6 reps 285lbs- 4 reps i didnt go for 1RM coz no spotter, so wats the estimation of my 1RM? Big no no to me, two spotter will be better by holding both side of the bar the gym i visit got a good squat rack QUOTE(shanecross @ Jul 12 2009, 07:11 PM) lol, all people will stare on you, that feeling aint good |

QUOTE(zeist @ Aug 4 2009, 02:24 PM) That's quite true, that is why arabian guy who's into this bodybuilding for 4 years+ doesn't even have 4 pack. Because he told me that, he only focus more on strength all this while, then recently he cakap wanna focus more on cardio to get some nais abs. I think he neglect abs workout last time, lawl! it is impressive you see your "toned" body can squat 110kg XDI didn't look down on anyone, people who workout are hardworking people. I just feel that they don't have proper goals. It's up to them, doesn't concern me anyway. * Today is my first attempt of 110kg squat, hopefully I can make it at least 4reps. dont forget about safe pin |

QUOTE(pizzaboy @ Aug 5 2009, 02:12 PM) Sounds like a muscle knot/myofascial trigger point or whatever people call it nowadays. We just call it a knot in the industry. http://www.triggerpointbook.com/neckpain.htmEffleurage, jostle and knead. Then rearrange fibers back. I could do it for you but you'd have to pay. http://www.pressurepointer.com/Levator%20s...gger_points.htm |

QUOTE(mofonyx @ Aug 8 2009, 02:53 AM) this might be psychological, but I'm keeping my workouts below 1 hr and I'm progressing better despite my erratic gym schedule (always, always with the exams) it is hard for me to keep the workout below 1 hours after i hit heavy load. i need alot more rest interval.3 compound excercise can last me around 1 hours + d |

QUOTE(mofonyx @ Aug 8 2009, 03:43 PM) Yes yes indeed. It does work well for busy people. cant afford to go gym so frequently...heavy workload in company.yeah_guyz you should try to break it up into small days. Thing is, hardgainers don't rest enough. Get in, 1 hour full intensity and get out. 2-3days is max for me. |
