3 sets squat
3 sets front squat (maybe/sometimes)
3 sets seated DB military press
x set deadlift
3 sets leg extensions
3 sets leg curl
3 sets leg press

@mofo, i think those ghetto gym is best option for you, pay per entry.

there is quite alot in klang valley, i always go Iron gym at wangsa maju, RM4 per entry and with quite alot of equipment, just that sometime it is too crowned
