Lol I thought you said sometime back that the BCAA's you bought helped in growth. Manatau... sweat.gif Why not stick to whey and creatine?

Usually I just buy a Big Mac without the sauce as post WO meal. No chips or drink... Maybe extra 6 piece nuggets too.

Yeap apparently you can. Thats what my gf did cuz she hates the sauce, then I picked up the habit too. Just tell the fella at the drive thru what burger you want and without the sauce la. They'll do it the way u want it heh. icon_rolleyes.gif

XD freakin hyped up. Does it include creatine in it? I think I'm gonna try that after my tub of ON whey now. But its more expensive and less right.

Hey guise, wanna ask about dumbbell shrugs form. I find that when I tilt my head and look towards the floor when I do shrugs it gives a better range of motion and I can work more parts of the traps. I find it much more effective than looking straight. Only thing is that doing that will make my back/shoulders hunch a little. Is it alright doing it that way in the long term? I use 20kg dumbbells per hand and do around 15-20 reps per set for around 4 to 5 sets usually. Sure get the koyak orgasm if I do it this way the next day tho. biggrin.gif

XD I used to use Ikea ones too. Take a whole lot since its free lol. Then purposely wound it tight when measuring arms, then suddenly flex biceps then make it break lol lol lol. Like hulk.biggrin.gif
