Imo, Mamba expensive due its packaging, not really bcoz its technical specs.

Imo, both pretty on par but the price from rm299 for X8 to rm500+ for Mamba, its too big gap... nearly can buy 2 units of X8s liaoz

If its the technical specs that makes mamba so expensive then its not crazy,

but if it is the packaging that makes it price tag (RM500) so expensive then it's ridiculous.

However, I always consider the X8 and the mamba as the world's first batch (if I am correct) of
hybrid mouse (wired and wireless option).
No harm in waiting to test try them.
But whether to buy it that's another different story.

imo for the mamba gaming mouse price vs spec ratio is overkill( not worth ), i owned a X8 and it works great for me and i have spare cash for me instead of choosing mamba.


for X8 u wont worry for the battery problem b'cos it use only 1 AA rechargeable battery(u can replace it with any normal alkaline battery in case of emergency ) for mamba it's use custom rechargeable battery.

For dual screen user, how many dpi is minimum for u guys personally?
1800 dpi seems slow for dual screen...

17" dual screen and my DPI is set to 800-1000 on my MX518

me dont quite like running high DPIs...like no control of the mouse...

but will need bigger space to move around the screens la

For me 2000 dpi on a 23 inch screen already quite fast. Eyh madman, when you getting your kone?
