It used to be not in my list. Until the start of me going after Roller Coasters, still, it's not a must. Optional. Haha.

I think you're more on Bandung, better discuss this in Badung thread otherwise abit off topic dy.. For me it's expensive when nothing below RM30 for a tee-shirt. You can get cheaper t-shirt if you shop in Jakarta compare to bandung.. I was expecting those cheap rp10,000 to rp20,000 t but those in bandung nothing less than rp90K sad.gif

Yeah 20K or even 10-15K can get in Jakarta or even Jogja not in Bandung lor.. I did not stopby at those local street mall.. Not as interesting as those in Jodja especially Malioboro st biggrin.gif.. Wth this, for me looking for souvenir tees, The best place in whole Indonesia so far for me is actually Jogja - So many weird & nice designed Jogja T-shirts- 2nd - Bali

Oh, yeah I got the Bandung Souvenir t-shirt on top of Tangkuban Prahu volcano haha.. That also after hard bargaining and the best as u said `rp20K biggrin.gif

just went to jakarta ...
stayed in Smart Hotel which was recommended here and it was an ok-ok hotel ... 1st the room's aircond control was missing ... 2nd the towels were wet ... both of the problems were attended swiftly by the hotel staff ... another thing is that saw one baby roach in the toilet ... don't bother about the breakfast as choices were limited .... the only good thing about the hotel is its location which is near to 7-eleven and Grand Indonesia .. less than 10 mins walk .... better book thru agoda or other similar website as walk-in prices are more expensive ... another tip is only use Bluebird taxi or Pusaka (also bluebird group) ... the taxi driver said that if any driver cheat even 1 time they are fired straightaway ... cool ... another thing to try is Mie Tarik Laiker ... very nice indeed

first, your schedule is very tight. because you visit here in weekend. i am not sure you can catch the 13:00 angklung performance (after having lunch). better you stay in jakarta only.

current weather is hot here. especially in jakarta.

jing paradise is quite far from your hotel. there is several chinese restaurant like queen or phoenix. nearer to hilton hotel.

what is your mean with volcano hotspring ? just hot spring or volcano + hotspring ? fyi, tangkuban perahu volcano just erupted last saturday. so it will be closed to visitor until the situation is better.

not bad if you want to go to the volcano or watch the angklung performance. a lot people doing that schedule (jakarta - bandung - jakarta). but, if possible, just go directly to bandung. or, go to bandung and return from jakarta (or go to jakarta and return from bandung). less time waster.

volcano and hotspring is in different place. while the volcano is closed, you can still visit the hotspring.
