Dude u don't need to be so excited when ppl doubt BENQ quality of LCD.
BENQ are still new in market for manufacturing LCD mons. If u vow for Samsung or Lg or Sharp or Sony i have nothing to comment but u put all ur heart into BENQ.

I know every brand has it die hard fans and they are always ignorant to other comments or read benchmarks and comparison simply becuz they own 1 themself and feel it's godlike.

3 months ago i almost bought E2400HD until i found a few threads bashing BENQ LCDs. There are of cuz positive comments too. In the end, i took my RM640 and bought DELL S2409W, and yes i did research of E2400HD vs S2409W before i bought my DELL. My research shows, S2409W>E2400HD.
Afterall, both are TN panels so no serious OMFGWTFBBQ effect. Just a normal screen. Design wise i would say BENQ has upper hands, but quality still DELL wins by a notch.

That DIY was impressively done, no doubt.

I thought the big first 2 lappings was the best he can do. Final finishing made me wow.

yo bro...
Dell is not the LCD panel manufacturer ...
i prefer to buy from those who can lead the tech as they are the upper stream and the lower stream company
the BENQ, SAMSUNG and LG are all DIRECT manufacturer ma!!!
for this reason.. i am all out for BenQ  brows.gif  brows.gif

to make u bow on this machine ..
check on this ...kakaku.com

i found this accidentally when i browse kakaku.com (the lowyat version of JAP)
seems like it is a GOOD deal even the JAP acknowledge it! haha
saying "E2200HD of BenQ - won No. 1 Full HD LCD Monitor Brand in Japan"
i think the category is called >>>2008 "Best Product of the Year" Award (PC Related Products)

the price of BenQ E2400 HD (with HDMI) is 1199
the white one, M2400HD (same outlook as E2400)is about 1499..
more classy with pearl white finis and then WEBCAM included...

since it's scratched.. I think I gonna sell it for RM600 (it's the five years warranty unit). Aiya~ got to find a new LCD now. maybe gonna get the s2409w. It was one of the best bang for buck IMO.

got a samsung T220 few days ago. Hook it up to my 4870X2 with philips pxt1190 dvi cable. The design is good and slightly better looking than the 2233BW series and pricier too. So far so good with the monitor
