Guys, I have a scratch on my Dell s2409w. a small but yet visible under a very bright viewing and I hate to look at it. haha~ Everytime I look at it it makes me wanna slap myself.

So do you guys have any idea how to actually make it less visible?

since it's scratched.. I think I gonna sell it for RM600 (it's the five years warranty unit). Aiya~ got to find a new LCD now. maybe gonna get the s2409w. It was one of the best bang for buck IMO.

wanna ask about Dell after sale service. I have a s2409w. Say the monitor suddenly didn't work. Will they replace it rightaway or will they take it back and repair it for months and then send it back to me?

Whoever has experienced this can share your story also.

Oh, like that? Hurm.. I thought they will change it rightaway cause that's what I heard from one of my friend before. Hard to trust so i asked you guys. Anyway, thanks for the reply. Also, I thought Dell serves 1 to 1 exchange within the warranty period ; means if anything happens to the LCD they will change it if the LCD's warranty still available.

How about DELL s2409w. It's a 24" Full HD display and it comes with a 3/5 years warranty. Depend on how much you pay. Last time I checked the LCD price is below RM700. Try search at the Garage sales.
