Not same la. They are two different models, with G2400WD having a little bit extra features.

I just realised there are other variations G2400WT (with adjustable height) , G2400WE, G2400WG wow lol. Really wtf. Any benQ G2400W or Dell 2408wfp user here?

help well, basically i was just thinking of getting a 24" monitor to complement my new rig. I just wanna know what is the best bang for buck 24"(1920x1200) monitor there is out there currently.


btw, is it really horrible to play ps3 using 1920x1200 res monitors? i mean, i dun mind black bars, but will that res makes gaming much more less enjoyable(display-wise) than a lower res monitor?

I'm actually looking most value for money LCD.
Before this, always saw BenQ T2200HD and DELL S240W recommended.
What bout any Samsung?

Oh ya, preferable to have HDMI input as well.

you can refer to the post above . The 1st site has the ranking done for you (although it is not a complete list). I've been searching for the "bestest" 24" monitor for gaming. Unfortunately there is no such thing! Lol. If your budget is below RM1k, BenQ G2400W is highly recommended (look for the link above, 1.9MS input lag). If you're willing to pay more (like me) I'm actually going for DELL 2408wfp. Although it has input lag of around 30ms (which won't be noticeable unless you put two different monitors together & compare) but the quality of the picture kinda blows me away so yeah. I think there's no problem with ps3 on either of these two. They both have 1:1 pixel mapping/ fill and aspect. I guess for 1080p contents the dell or benq will show the exact ratio of the content and image quality with slight black bars (extra space doesnt hurt heh). Feel free to correct me if you think I'm wrong. I gathered all the info I've collected and just merely summarised it here. ^^

Anyone here using Samsung 2233sw? (21.5" HD), I found that in terms of performance, this monitor fully satisfy me (Resolution at 1920X1080) but the stand not so firm, and sometimes my monitor seems shaking a bit... (super hard to fix that stand into the monitor...)
