need some info and advise too regarding this PR matter.
time for me to make a move and start doing things.
some info :

-just finished last semester in RMIT ( Bachelor of IT ( Businss APP ) )

- graduation in december 2010

- 2 years study in RMIT ( was a twinning program of 1+ 2 from Taylor's Uni)

- have a sister who is PR already and my source of income during studies

-my OSHC expired 21 july 2010 ( so what kind of health cover i would need? since OSCH is a requirement for the student visa )

-student visa expires march 2011( and only can work 20 hrs )

-my job should be in the SOL as a ICT Business Analyst

-took the point tests, need to get 7 in IELTS and haven add in my sister's bonus points? dont know how much too

i would like to know, seeing my student visa i only can work 20 hrs per week, but i want to start finding proper jobs now, what kind of visa will enable me to do that? and how do i go about it?

also, i heard the SOL job needs to be validated by the respective org? mine would be ACS

so seeing now i want to start apply, where, when, how can i go about it?
i know if i go to the agents need to pay alot.....
i've read the immi web but kinda confusing for me.

yea i know can be found at the immi website, but sometimes too confusing, and i just got back from a seminar saying after election another type will be release depending on the outcome so :S

and im under ITmajoring in business ( to be assessed by ACS but i also dont know which skill to be accessed on, either developer or business analyst.)
so how to "check" which one is more suitable?

so the birth cert is in bahasa. i need to get translated or something right? so i submit both birth cert and passport ?

and for my passport, i have 2, old one expired early this year and have my electronic student visa,
then i renewed in april, so they "cut" my old one, but i have to carry both when i go in and out of the country cause of the exisitng visa thingy.
so should i copy BOTH? or????

i think needs to be translated cause for computing it says other than English needs to be translated bla bla...

how do I know it's approved translator?
my driving license is in BM, should i get it translated? or can I use it for bars and clubs?

then i will need to take photos,

transfer my visa from old to new passport

no news?
cause from what i read in the visa confirmation,
just scan a certified copy and email to them
i didnt get certificed copy but I scanned both the old and new passport..
