QUOTE(empire23 @ Jun 14 2010, 01:17 AM) Not all dental plans include complex surgeries like a root canal. And most impose a time limit before you can make any claims. OMFG... bad news worser and worser sigh..somemore exam time now...any recommendation or roughly price guide? dont want to get con... sigh |

Remaining Relative Visa (Onshore) (Subclass 835)
This visa is for people whose only near relatives are usually resident in Australia and are Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or eligible New Zealand citizens. This visa requires you to be sponsored by an eligible relative (or your relative's eligible partner), in Australia. This visa is for you if both of these apply:[U] you have a brother, sister, parent (or step-equivalent) who is an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen usually resident in Australia you and your partner have no brothers, sisters, non-dependent children, parents (or step-equivalents) other than those in Australia. ====== so i think the first one applies since I have a sibling that has PR already. ( and only sibling ) but the second one im not too sure? no bro.....parents other than those in Australia? how bout my parents in Msia? and what is the different of this PR and the SOL type visa? which is easier or got certain "classes" where one is higher rank? sorry tak tau the stuff |

QUOTE(*ice* @ Jun 18 2010, 09:38 AM) best to consult agent coz i heard they have frozen most of the applications? oh ic ic,,,agent expensive la...my friend has a sibling here and submitted her application about a year ago and still waiting.....she can only have bridging visa now...last time it used to be about 6-9 months for them to process this kind of visa.... QUOTE(empire23 @ Jun 18 2010, 10:42 AM) A SOL type visa depending on what occupation you're nominating is usually faster. Mining Engineers in high demand areas usually get their PR processed in 3 months, with a job offer and state sponsorship, 3 weeks or less. Overall it depends on the you're nominating, the amount of other people in the same category, your geographical location (they give higher priority to regionals) and so forth. hmmmm..by everytime also change new law la.. new list la..new SOL effective 1st July =="if graduate from IT ( biz ) and nominate that, do I have to work in that field? no more feel for it la... QUOTE(KVReninem @ Jun 18 2010, 11:36 AM) aus govt system.. shud just let those edi finished here in Aus be part of PR rather going thru the selection based on jobs. Jobs title change always, there is no job security. Most annoyingly. australia is so much diff from msia. its a big land but low in population & also growth will be limited. Thats the problem if they limit the migration. Asylum seekers should not b granted position faster than people who already contributed to the economy than be leecher to the economy. |

QUOTE(empire23 @ Jun 18 2010, 01:57 PM) I suggest you look it up with the relevant vetting authority. Usually an ICT business analyst has a depth in business management and econs. Send your degree to the ACS and see what they have to say. They have the final say in the matter. I can say i'm an electronics engineer, but if EngAus says i'm a electrical, i'm electrical. oh ic ic. thanks for the info guys..It's up to you really, most of us here can only choose skilled PR, also depends on what you get from the vetting agency. i will look into both type of PR and see how. |
