Well, the latency is on a high side with D68 as it connects to UMTS by default. Only HSDPA offers a much lower latency.

this is the recent speed update on my laptop.

TS, why dissatisfaction change back to 70%?cudn't find in the 1st post..was it bcoz of the 'jumper'?

btw, back to KL..after long holiday in kelantan..my acc still not cap coz no p2p in kelantan..there only got edge & very weak 3G/HSDPA avail. only able to use it @ night..

me also dun know..but if i'm not mistaken he said he got it for reliable source frm 'celcom people' & actual user xperience.

in my opinion, the dissatisfaction level shudn't be changed so drastically..b4 was like this,then goes up to 99.98?then back to 70% but for me it doesn't mean anything..just afraid if this thread sending an unreliable info to users out there

tat doesnt mean celcom is better now... i think even worse..

from my personal point of view, celcom is strictly impose da 5GB fair bandwidth usage, which make his customer complaint ended. like, if we complaint it is slow, celcom reply with 1 sentence, u over 5GB of bandwidth. thus being capped down da speed.. so, customer got nothing to say while juz keep on use it at low speed.

this mean, level of dissastification is lower when lesser ppl ended their complaint without anything improved.

im in that case too, now i apply another streamyx for home use.. while transferring my celcom to my PDA. i cant feel da slowness since my pda doesnt nid to use full speed which is 3.6MBPS.

now, level of dissatification drops.. mean lesser complaint only.. doesnt mean anything else.

1 week no use my celcoom bband coz useing strimyx at home...

speedtest is unrealiable..if celcom was congested,why cant speedtest itself?it was accessed worldwide..

5gb fair use by celcom still ok la can use .... 3gb my maxis strictly stop internet access after 3gb use.... more Kejam ...

People don't use Maxis WBB because it has 3GB while another Maxis 3G service has no fair usage policy.

sad to hear that dude...i said it few times b4..but few forumers here said maxis didnt implement their FUP but of course wit no black n white la..just hear say..

Actually, the dissatisfaction level based on what the LYN's celcom subscriber reply in this thread with their speedtest and so on, not OVERALL Celcom bb subscriber.

I will increase the dissatisfaction level if i conduct a survey in my housing area as well as uni students. *hehe*

But for now, I prefer to see LYN celcom bb subscriber's satisfaction level.

Been awhile since the last time i'm here. Gotta say surprised to see the dissatisfaction level drop pretty fast. It seems that there r still some problems in certain areas.

LOL! I terminated my line yesterday since i cant see any improvement in service. Will keep on using DiGi EDGE for now n assess other options whenever possible.

this is celcom bb WIRELESS thread...we r talking about WIRELESS broadband, so if we wanna compare sumthing wit sumthing, it shud b apple to apple, in this case WIRELESS with WIRELESS, to b exact celcom wireless bb vs maxis wireless bb NOT maxis wired bb.
