I attended the launch preview in 2008. Indicative price was RM700psf++ which was considered a high price for that location at that time.

surprisingly block C still got unsold units by developer, but all studio units at level 2, selling at rm1000 psf, block D also got unsold units of various layouts, main selling point of this condo is the private lift

1000+ psf after discount. too expensive for the area imo.
layout isn't that nice, a lot of awkward corners here and there...
but the dual key in block c is pretty nice.

facilities wise, is definitely one of the best i've seen.
bbq area is big, got party rooms for rent.. great place for rich bachelor

What is the smallest size for Block D? Any available unit?

New MRT station within 500m distance in the near future. New commercial development projects in next 3-5 yrs.

it is mrt2 and that will be completed 5 years later, pending that, there will be a lot of construction going on at that area including that m101 SW project, not sure tenant will like this place during that 5 years

Assurance of the view will be unblocked for the next n year.

I think it's take more than 5 years for MRT line 2 to complete.
