Hi i would like to know some of the comments from this project in terms of location, timing to buy property, investment purpose / own stay , price etc
any1 hav comments on this project? wats ur point of view on this project / developer?
jus want to know more on this project thx =)

Nice concept, even better than some existing condos around... still consider affordable for KL City area... Reputable Developer usually wont go wrong (usually la.. not always).. 5/95 and with 0% interest during construction with Maybank is a good deal..

A fren invited me to do a group purchase for investment.. too bad i am just earning peanut..

btw maybank with 3 years lock-in period pawn alot of banks there

I Kinna like Setia's developments
This one looks interesting.

1. Type A1 (1055 sqft) – 2bedrooms + 1 maidroom – Rm623k – Titiwangsa/ IJN view
2. Type B1 (1313sqft) – 2 bedrooms + 1 maidroom + 1 study – RM816k/ RM851k - KLCC/ Kampung Baru view
3. Type B3 (1378 sqft) – 3 bedrooms + 1 maidroom - RM898k – KLCC/ Kampung Baru view
4. Type C1 (1701 sqft) – 3 bedrooms + 1 maidroom - RM1.143million - KLCC/ Kampung Baru view.

Development overview
- 4 blocks on 6 acre of land. Total unit 844 units. A sky bridge will connect 2 blocks at 34th floor where resident can access the sky club at both blocks.
- Each floor 6 units with 7 lifts. Each unit has private lobby (2 lifts).
- Sky club at 34th floor. Come with gym, yoga area, wet edge pool, Tea pavilion, Onsen bath, sky club and villa.
- At podium floor, Each 2 blocks share one 50mtr swimming pool. The recreation deck is huge!

What about access? For investment capital gain, I think the upside is there. For rental? I'd ask some KL based AGENTS. For me, better props can be had.

kinda like the architecture but very high density though...844 units. might be hard to rent out if u're looking for investment purposes.

They are a reputable developer, but this is their first luxury highrise development, and first highrise if you discount SetiaWalk.
