i found out one problem when running all jar / java game. The sound is missing even i turn on/enable it

1) Any serious defect / complains..on the phone's functionality?
2) Is the tube's GPS function easy to use and whether the GPS function is usable in other countries?
3) Is the tube using solely integrated GPS or A-GPS? i check the specs does not mention A-GPS. Does that mean the GPS is not so powerful when using in covered city area?
4) Does it haf dual sim slot?

Another question .... can 5800 GPS use mapking maps?? or only use nokia maps?

- I visited NCC 4 times for my phone problems, maybe I'm the only person with bad luck here, but so far NCC managed to fix em all.

- You can download maps using the Nokia Map Loader and it has maps for almost all countries in the world. I have used it up until Sabah and Perak, and a lot of the map is not updated / outdated.. it shows I'm driving in the middle of the sea in Sabah!! Google Maps, which is a freeware you can install in the Tube, gives more accurate positioning I believe. Garmin works on Tube as well, please check the First Page.

- It has both.. if "covered city area" means in Buildings and Parking lots, the signal is weak but that should be same with all GPS devices.. if outside, works fine in KL, PJ almost anywhere I go.

- Negative

i mean all videos on the phone.  I can record video but then cannot playback.

I need your help.  Today when I tried to play a video, the screen just went blank.  I can click on the screen and it shows that the video bar is playing but no sound/picture.  Also when I opened the camera to take video, i can record, but when i want to view again i get a blank screen.  I am using V20.  Is this a firmware issue or hardware?  If hardware I have gotta take it to NCC... please help guys.

Previously I can play videos just fine.  This happened all of a sudden.  Even when I upgraded to V20 video playback was fine.

Ok now I transferred a video to the phone and i get sound but no video.  The other day when i plugged in my phone in mass storage mode, it said must scan and fix so i clicked that.  Maybe that messed it up.  What do you think?
