been aware about the MANY DISCONNECTION and UNSTABLE CONNECTION since last Friday. Called many times to 100 but "agen kami tiada..." FuXX.
wth man? tmrrw will go tmnut and fuxx them. seriously.

when i in australia before, i paid A$50 per month for internet, it's a cable modem, unlimit time and D/L (at the begining), line so stable and fast, D/L at least 10GB per day. Now in here, paid RM66, use normal phone line, sometimes D/L not even 100MB per day.

Well we all know TM... When they announce upgrade or maintenance, the best we can hope for is no downgrading, maintaining the current quality is fine; When they say it takes three days, the best we can hope for is it doesn't exceed a week.
The problem of monopoly, they don't give a damn about disappointing/upsetting customers.
