Have been manually reconnecting since 12am. Getting owned royally so I'm heading off to sleep.
I'm getting less than 5KB/s on RS with 60.48.xx.xx |

Maybe TM net allow you to watch low-res youtube clips so they don't have to spend their precious bandwidth letting you direct download your drama/anime series.
