i need to download something for my work, just a 10mb file, and the remaining time is 25mins, with 4.0kb/sec. i dont pay for this crap service.

when i in australia before, i paid A$50 per month for internet, it's a cable modem, unlimit time and D/L (at the begining), line so stable and fast, D/L at least 10GB per day. Now in here, paid RM66, use normal phone line, sometimes D/L not even 100MB per day.

i at there from 1992 to 2000, basically A$15000 per year including everything, (tuition fees and living cost). not sure about now.

at last my little 10MB file just downloaded, takes more then 30+ mins. i'm very "hot" tonight.
