Well we all know TM... When they announce upgrade or maintenance, the best we can hope for is no downgrading, maintaining the current quality is fine; When they say it takes three days, the best we can hope for is it doesn't exceed a week.

The problem of monopoly, they don't give a damn about disappointing/upsetting customers.
