what can be done if we call 100? are they gonna solve this problem and improve the speed?

i call them. they always say the same thing..troubleshoot? "ur modem light blink?" "got connect the wires properly?" blablabla....so fed up...maybe is my phone line problem...my msn also keep on DC.

last time i call the people ask me check this check that, took about an hour...... in the end file a report, but connection still suck...

International websites are still loading very slowly for me. Downloading seems to be ok though.

no lah...... actually i have the problem many time already, most of the time only lasts for few hours (except today)...... but i feel boring so i call them loh.....

anyone can get the bandwidth statistics for these 2 days at taiwan hinet server? i remember last time some forumer showed some graph showing the bandwidth transfers over 1 day / 1 week / 1 month for malaysia, singapore, etc. etc...

if we can get that...we can prove the total bandwidth out and in these 2 days are only 10-30% of normal days...
