Hey guys i just finished mass effect. I want to import my save over to ME2, but which file is it. Looking at my loading options the latest one is before the final battle with saren's dead body. How do i obtain a save file at the ending of the game.

Also i thought shepard was supposed to die? How come he didnt lol

You don't have to extract anything, ME2 will auto-check for the folder of ME1 saves and let you import from there automatically

I think Shepard dies if you go the Renegade way, never saw it myself since I always go Parangon

Eh how long u take to finished ME? mine already 1week still not finished

So i dont need to have a save file at the end of the game? I went paragon too. Also managed to have some sexy tiem with liana Bioware sure does love to put romances in their games

I asked myself the same thing as you did too but after installing ME2 it just auto-found my saves and gave me choice which to import.

I remember it's somewhere in the MyDocuments folder (exact folder depend of your OS obviously) and even when uninstalling ME1 it didnt delete them.

So just don't worry and if you do not go manually delete the folder under MyDoc your saves will be there whenever you start on ME2

Hentam all the way beb! I solved most of the sidequest also, but most of the time i didnt know what i was doing All i know was that fukken admiral hacket keep disturbing me whenever i wanna travel somewhere lulz Some things really surprised me, like the spectre weapons and geth stuff

Check your journal frequently yo. AR is the best for me. Towards the ending you can buy the specter master AR

I never did manage to get Mass Effect 1's DLC to work on my retail copy from Thailand.

I dont have any dlc.. I bought the specter weapons on the normandy lol. The dude suddenly started selling them. But its damn expensive.

Just started ME2. Damnit why did the change the controls. Also can i get my old companions back? But i will keep lawson Sarah walker ftw!
