QUOTE(Dackson @ Feb 7 2010, 06:55 PM) so after all Digi still expensive. one more thing they stated 3.6 mbps but actually is 3Mbps only !! Where did you get your information? It's not min 700kbps, but average speeds of 700kpbs. So hitting 700kbps is what the average speed that you can expect mate. What i can see from digi promotion was min 700kbps |

My location in bandar menjalara is very very stable. There was one time when my connection was acting weird and i called up CS. They got it fixed for me in no time at all. Of course i did not shout or anything like that to them. Maybe they have a nice customers list lol and want to get rid of the screamers lol. Not saying anyone here is.
But if one thinks that many users will hog the network and stuff, i didn't see much difference since day one. Maybe i should say that digi sucks and new users shouldn't sign up and clog up the network. So that i can enjoy digi BB all to myself |

QUOTE(SkYY @ Mar 18 2010, 09:59 PM) saying bout bb, RM2 i paid on last sunday evening using CIMB clicks, havent acknowledged by digi yet. duno whats the problem. I don't usually check when the payment is accepted but i've always used online banking to pay my BB bills. Don't have to worry as the banks won't scam you on this one lol...luckily i tried using Rm2 and not straight pay full amount. |

QUOTE(fastreader @ Apr 5 2010, 12:19 PM) the 7 days testing period means that u are able to get back what u paid initially if u return it within7 days?.. Yes i think that you'll get your full refund back, minus stamping charges which is a few bucks.as in...u get back ALL ur upfront payment?.. You might also give the BB prepaid a try and then subscribe to the monthly package if you're satisfied with the speeds |

Don't have to spam all over the threads with the same posts Borsch Soup. Digi is mobile broadband and unifi is wired. For mobile BB, digi is very good. For wired, unifi is very good.

Yup my connection also has been unstable for the past week. Seems that a couple of users also mention the same thing. I noticed that this happened during a thunderstorm. Maybe knocked out one of the towers or something? dunno...
Anyways, i've reported to digi via call center yesterday. So far today has been good but i'd like to see how it performs over the next couple of days and hope to get it's stability back. |

QUOTE(faizalmzain @ Aug 21 2010, 11:23 AM) i notice digi internet speed is like yo yo lately(at least since the past few weeks), sometimes ok and most of the time not ok unlike before. Still abit of yoyo for me still. Not soo stable nowdays. Hopefully digi can get their act together soon as i've been using for a year and this is the first time i encounter this instability and want the stability back i only use it for internet browsing, rarely download large files. Added on August 21, 2010, 11:24 am so i guess it's a widespread problem. i do notice it too for the past few weeks. |

QUOTE(beast_doadore @ Sep 8 2010, 12:02 PM) BlueBerry??I think you can get that one very cheap lol... Now the digi plan that comes with a "BlackBerry", is rm68/month but you'll have to buy the handphone in advance (of course cheaper with digi contract than if you buy in retail shops). Go to this page to learn more about it :- http://www.digi.com.my/internet/smartplan/index.html |

This is the first time i heard of digi's rm68 plan getting charged thousands. I think you're mixing it up with the maxis plan?

QUOTE(audy @ Sep 18 2010, 12:14 PM) Can anyone help with the following 1. I can't upgrade E1550 firware- it keeps saying cannot find data card even though the modem is plugged in. Have you disconnected from the net? QUOTE 2. Uploading problem - I always cannot upload files, especially when I want to send attachments via Outlook Web Access. Update your firmware QUOTE 2. Broadband booster - saw someone plugged this into the Digi USB modem. Is there a different type of usb modem and where to get this booster. I've asked some shops in LY but nobody selling. Can this booster improve my upload problem? Never heard of a broadband booster before |

The line is not stable nowadays...i hope digi will get their act together asap...
I would suggest that we all call us digi's cs and file a complaint. The more complaints they get, the more they can see its serious... |
