Hello all im interested in digi but first wanna ask a few question:

-What package that i miss? because i have read a few page some people get lower price from what stated in digi website.

-Is it true after 1 year subcribe digi will add extra gb and reduce our monthly price? is this temporary or forever? is this a promotion that have a due date, like if subcribe from xx to xx only can get this promotion?

-how about the speed? today i buy digi simcard to test 1 day unlimited RM5 at my place. seem i can get the speed max 40kB/s only. My place is cyberjaya. Anyone stay at cyber here get higher speed?

When me and a couple of colleagues tested this over mamak, we can't get to use it as a router when the device is connected to the laptop. It's only when we unplugged it from the laptop's usb when we can finally use it.

Anyone are in contact with digi, please help me to ask when is this coming to JB. Other part of johor already got covered but not in JB town. I am getting pissed off with maxis, the first month was good, then slow with network issue. Issue fixed, took them more than one week, then less than one week later, problem come back again. Sigh........ I have been waiting for digi since beginning of this year.

May i know how to force lock 3G signal? Wanna ask when i want to enable pin it ask me to key in the current pin which i never set it before. Izzit the Puk no.?

I from taman pelangi, jb, i can get digi 3g signal, here the screenshoots from my hp.

last time i was in Ipoh using my laptop with Digi broadband .
The light on the 3g HSPA modem keep on switching from blue to green than to blue than to green again....
When the light is blue it is 3G/3.5G, green is for what..? 3.75G? or Edge?

DiGi suxks ah, after over the quota alot overseas web sites cannot surf. RS HF all block. knn cb cb.

This is the package:
RM38/month
3GB quota
no contract
modem is yours

What I paid:
1st month: RM80(modem)+RM50(advance)=RM130
2nd month: RM26
3rd month: RM38
and so on...

is it worth? and did I miss out anything? thanks in advance

But wonder why my download speed worst than upload speed?

Did anyone of you know that you are signing up for full speed 7am-7pm and throttled to 128kbps after 7pm (the RM 38 plan) the time of signing up of the plan during PCFair. I feel like i was being shortchanged for something i didn't know when i signed up. This is an unfair business ethics as the customers did not know the full details of this package. That means this is not a promotion but a handicapped package. I've just logged an official complaint to DIGI about this.

Guys, I'm having a problem here.
Well i signed up for DiGi broadband plan last month during PC fair, and paid RM130 which include huawei usb modem (RM80) and RM50 activation fee.

But when my monthly bill arrived, it asked me to pay for the modem again. Problem is, I have lost the receipt so how do i prove that i have actually paid for the modem?

line quality at some location is getting worse and worse and a drop in speed and ping..
while some other place still having good line and speed.

if you're getting good constant speed, then good for you
cause some area deteriorated already. since you getting good speed means your area ok.
nope, just direct http download from mediafire.

the speed seems to fluctuate around 60 to 120kbps and no way reaching 700kbps as claimed this few days.

Digi BB performance in PJ been deteriorated badly since the launch of iPhone 4... it means they get more customer using their data now... the BB service are just like the "sudden stop escalator" in their own advertisement, i slowly loosing my patient with them... 

if this continues in another week, their customer service be prepare to get a call from me..
