pooh88: where do u string ur racket?

btw, what do you guys think of topper sports at ampang park? is the price reasonable there? i bought my racket at ultimate but then they've moved and it's quite inconvenient for me to go to ampang point by taking LRT...

i got quoted for the crossfire stringing but i forgot the price already...the worker there quite friendly but the taukeh (i think the chinese fellar) abit cocky and not really willing to answer my questions...

i bought a pack of wilson pro overgrip (3 grips) for rm20...u guys think it's reasonable?
*
should be lesser tongue.gif

8.45 USD for cyberblue ?

that's hella cheap man.. the shop in uptown yan mention is memory sport right.. rm60 is overpriced.. can easily get rm50 or lesser depending on suppliers mood tongue.gif

uh dont ask me for comment on strings coz i've never tried around due to using only sponsored strings tongue.gif but i can say u guys should try head sonic pro..im using it and the only complaints i can give is doesnt hold tension too long..i coach/play 4 hrs everyday and by 2 weeks need to change..but this new HEAD sponsor gives me free stringing services plus strings so i dont mind tongue.gif

DAMN YOU!!!!!
lol j/k so cyberblue how much can you get it for? I wouldn't using that string if the price is reasonable, if can bulk rate, depends on minimum order quantity I may be up for it, provided some other people are as well.......hopefully x-p
The only thing I hate about this string is the color, it does not match up at all with my k6.1 tour, but I guess it will match beautifully with the blue babolat's,no?
So tauke, what racket are you using now?
Youtek?

Any news regarding my order, still haven't heard from you regarding shipping costs.....(unless you also got shipping discount as well, and ship for free

j/k Pm me once you got the figure, will reimburse you once I know.

Thanks man!
*
oh crap..sent out yesterday already... i forgot haven't tell you shipping price..kk PM u after my bath tongue.gif nah using radical MP only la... youtek they dont give coz i dont sell much head racquets..what to do their prices so expensive in malaysia i myself rarely recommend whistling.gif

QUOTE(Yan @ Jun 25 2009, 04:08 PM)
battousai,
well i'm in for the cyberblue if can get cheaper. coz i asked the uptown shop the iranian shop is giving me rm60. so if can get lower than rm50 of coz jalan lah..haha..
also brother, any jalan to sell off my 4d300 tour ?
praetorian,
so you hav tried cyberblue, i mean if compare with bluegear. how many percent difference in terms of spin potential wud u say ? too little to differentiate ? or just about there ... coz if i'm not mistaken cyberblue is just normal rounded string .
*
laugh.gif guaranteed lower than his price de..rm50 is max.. more depends on amount and also my negotiation skill with the shop owner tongue.gif

QUOTE(pooh88 @ Jun 25 2009, 06:34 PM)
If not mistaken after discount i got should be ard RM300.00 plus or minus like that  nod.gif
U rich man mah,even give 70% off u don't feel a pinch
*
if u can get 4d 300 at rm400.. nvm i let u earn rm100.. i myself will buy 5 racquets off you to keep and sell.. icon_rolleyes.gif
how ? we got a deal or not ? flex.gif

Added on June 25, 2009, 11:08 pmmake sure 4d 300 ah..normal 300 i myself selling price already lower sleep.gif

QUOTE
The ATP World Tour’s strengthened fall Asian swing will begin in South-East Asia after the governing body of men’s professional tennis today confirmed that Kuala Lumpur will host an ATP World Tour-level tournament.

The tournament was officially launched by Prime Minister of Malaysia, Yang Amat Berhormat Dato' Sri Mohd Najib Tun Razak and will be known as the Malaysian Open, Kuala Lumpur. The ATP World Tour 250 event will be held indoors at the 16,000-seat Putra Stadium at the Bukit Jalil Sports Complex, commencing on Monday 28 September.

“There is great demand for cities to host ATP World Tour events and in particular within the Asian region. Kuala Lumpur presented a very strong application to become part of the ATP World Tour. This, combined with their excellent tournament facilities, management team and the support of the Malaysian Government, we are confident that Kuala Lumpur is the right venue to continue developing tennis within South-East Asia,” said Brad Drewett, CEO, ATP International.

“Asian tennis fans have demonstrated that they are among the best in the world and we are excited that tennis fans across Malaysia now have the opportunity to see some of the world’s best players battling it out in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.”

The Malaysian Open, Kuala Lumpur, supported by the Government of Malaysia, will be organized by leading international management company IMG and headed by Tournament Director Nick Freyer, Senior Vice President IMG and Head of Tennis, Asia.

“I warmly thank the Prime Minister for his belief and support of this project from the very start, to all those people, many of whose contributions remain private but deeply appreciated, people whose advice and counsel was invaluable and who worked so many hours during the bid process and more recently during the event launch phase,” said Nick Freyer.

“Our great appreciation extends to the ATP World Tour Board and Brad Drewett for the support and trust they showed in us and to our friends at the Putra Stadium and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel for their confidence and contributions, the Ministries of Sport and Tourism, the National Sports Council and of course to the ATP World Tour players who have so readily accepted the Malaysian Open, Kuala Lumpur as a tournament to play and be part of.”

The Malaysian Open, Kuala Lumpur, will be one of five events in the strengthened Asian swing, that will culminate with the Shanghai ATP Masters 1000 presented by Rolex.

Now can see my heroes, battousai and yan in the final!!!!
Support bro zdepth as chair umpire, myself as ballboy, anyone else, but seriously this is good news for local tennis fans, now we have a chance to watch a real 'live' tournament!
This is indeed good news, hopefully we can have a professional tournament, and hope proper training for ballboys, umpire and linesman are done well before the tournament.
