hey, the problem you had, is it show its charging but after u unplug the charger it show uncharge ? I have problem charging it sometimes, I wondering if my battery fault or my charger problem =X


besides, I have a question for all W995 users. How many times ur phone had drop ? any damages ? XD mine drop 6 times and thank god everything is still intact LOL !!

this phone is awesome.. the speaker and camera is no doubt the best

I have a HTC Hero, an N82 and an N86, but I still come back to use the W995 because it's my favourite overall. It's got features of a smartphone (GPS/WLAN), an decent 8.1 MP camera and great audio quality. Also the brushed metal finishing feels much better than any of my other phones. It's so compact and light too.

I dropped many time also till the slide now got abit longgar alredi

many times ? =X so far my phone has slided 9500+ times and still the thing inside still good ~ didn't regret buying this phone but sometimes the mp4 format video cant play =X is it because of the size ? about changing the software stuff.. what changes will do to my phone ? mine is R1HA035 one..

to me is the best phone among w series family. . i bought 3 of it . . 3 colors also. .red still my best choice of color. . cause silver tend to fade easily. . black well is too common. . but time to move on to my ip4 and n8

Wow you have all 3. I originally wanted the Red, but when I first purchased it only had Black available.
Then I sold off my Black phone. But missed it so much I bought another Black
I agree, this is the best Walkman phone SE has produced. Too bad they seemed to have stopped, not the Spyro and Zylo both suck compared to W995.

Probably you have a lot of applications installed or running.
Maybe delete SMS and useless apps to free up space and RAM.

LAST WEEK JUST DROP AND WONt TURN ON AGAIN. . first time so careless. . then changed to n8. . but wanted to switch back to w995 again. .

Added on January 24, 2011, 11:43 amblack and red tend to be solid . . silver will fade and color will peel after sumtime. . lag and hang issue cant be avoid due to 8gb. . so i onli use 2gb or 4gb. .

Actually I don't have much apps running ~ everything I switch off my WiFi it always lag on that screen says Wi-Fi turned off.

Then I sometimes restart my phone, switch off then have problem switching back on. I would have to take off the battery out and place it back in to switch it back on ~ anyone experiencing any of those problem ?

try send back for warranty. . maybe software related issue. . u bought AP o ori set???

I bought AP o.o ~ my previous AP was good ~ this phone like got a little problem haha..

AP o not still have warranty rite. . ???

still have warranty, i pay extra for the extended =x and um still got 3 months to go xD

hi, im having a problem with my w995 where there's a headset icon shows on my screen when actually i dont connect any headset... when ppl call me i cant hear them n they cant hear me also.

i already reset the settings n make sure my profile is general (not handsfree) but the problem is still there..

i hope somebody can help me out..... :'(

you might wanna plug ur handsfree back and remove it I guess. How long u bought the phone and when the icon appear in ur screen ? you might want to send back to your buyer and check with them =X

I suggest bringing it to the SC if it's still under warranty to get it checked first. Or maybe try formatting the phone and reinstall the firmware. It kinda helps at time though.

My W995 sometimes doesn't even detect the headset when it has been plugged in.

The production of W995 has stopped? I'm planning to get a good SE phone. Not an iPhone as I have an iPod already. LOL. I don't trust those new SE phones :/
