TMI will undergo right issue, so not a particular good new for TMI shareholders.
So good for TM, bad for TMI. Take extra money from TMI shareholders money to pay and enable TM to give capital repayment. I would have a little bit doubt on the right issue that it will not be fully subscribed if being price at too high. If price at too low, then no sufficient money being raised. Anyhow, both also bad for its current share price. |

Oil price is going up, last quarter still got profit, giving out dividen..... But the share price is going down.....STRANGE!! Sigh..... Ya.. its Q4 result is bad.. lost 100 million + tats why its share drop today. No detail report where the losses incurred...
either from contruction material price increase or etcs.. Zelan lowest few mths back about 0.75.. Today drop hit 0.76. back to square one where it start to climb last time.. Hmmm TMI rights issue depends how much it is trying to raise. Unlike last year, it would be harder to raise big amount this time around.
