Anyway, i only give this event a 4.5/10. Needs more work on the promotions and booths. Other than that, more A&P. Plus there aren't any great deals to be found at this event.

Quick recheck of the list brings up 24names of which 4-5 won't be coming. So your guess is as good as mine. I even left my HP number on the first post.

Bummer indeed. Maybe 21 of them were on their way there but took a detour after a group of models walked pass.

I guess the exhibition itself is not quite what they advertise it out to be. I can only hope that the workshops won't be disappointing too. Ahh well... can't expect too much since it's free.

Managed to molest the 400 F2.8L alone for 20 minutes and it was so fun. Tried other lenses also
Just came back after the 2nd round. Didnt not go any further for the evening wear

Went there, hang around for a while then went to gardens find my friend for lunch le.

Disappointed.. Thought there will be promotion on dslr but..

super super disappointed...just back from DCIM..
super sad at there...i don't even wanna take my camera out... >.<
the stage super small....the exhibitor super less....and guess what the price is killing people also....
i ask 1 shop forget what name ady.....for a flash and umbrella holder the fella charge me RM 101....what the hell...super expensive....at the end bought it at the other shop for RM 50 same thing same shape..LOL...
well, just few store can visit only such as DG Color...others all killing people...
i think last time photography festival is better than this...
for those who plan to get thing there hope you guys see the price first before get it there....

Wah. Just came back from DCIM. Went with vip3rleon9. Tried to find you guys/call you guys but couldnt get through

Yeah I'd rate it a 5/10. Small exhibition area, small stage, no amazing deals. Only thing I like was i got my lenses and body cleaned

the seminar crowd how? i really wish i could go to the seminar but i don't want to take the risk.

Ahh didn't manage to go for the seminar

vip3r's 50D had some major issue (err99) after the free cleaning service so no mood to stay on.

Was thinking of going to KL earlier to visit this event on Sun as I have an appointment on Tue 31Mar. Looking forward for a bargain. Good thing I didn't adjust my schedule for this event.

total waste of time... nothing special... no promotion... basically just nothing much... sienz....previous photography festival in times square much much better...

They removed the stand as you see in goldfries picture. I asked the one of the DCIM crew he said reason for removal was because there were too many photogs.

But what disappoints me more is false promise to provide stands for photogs. My god, rent it-la for RM25-50 whole day then you won't have much to think about. Eesh.

Because there were too many photogs on the floor, you've gotta be a little more creative or forceful in getting a picture of an angel.
