workout at gym rakyat kg pandan..
i already stop squat, last record 100kg.. due to lordosis (bcoz of skinny and bad posture), i train more on deadlift. 3 times per week. by doing that, my posture now ok la.. and my body weight gain also good..

i got no back pain issue, due to lordosis, my back already in arching mode and by doing squat, it just make my back stay arching, further more those weight became heavy.. front squat, make it worst. so i train to make my back really strong. maybe this week trying doing lite weight for 20 rep for squat..

huhu.. i think better you stop squat n change to deadlift.. see the gain n result..

That's what I recently felt too. Lower back a bit tight these days. Gotta stretch more, tapi entah macam mana nak stretch pulak.

What do you suggest to do, besides deadlift. Because I'm doing deadlift also.
Stretch the hip flexors and hamstrings?

yup, sorry too ahnien.. how your body posture? i squat 100kg when my bodyweight is 56kg that 5 month ago..

i got lordosis, long time ago.. due to i m skinny *******..
when i doing strength training, i didnt aware about my bad physical posture, all of those years.
actually when doing squat, my form is okay n good. lordosis can be seen when you stay straight n u can see excesive arch at lower back, ur gut also infront like boroi.

squat didnt make some one became lordosis. if you feel your lower back tight, do more hamstring strecth. try reach out your big toe stand or lay down.. if your hamstring tight also can make u became lordosis..

if some one has lordosis, there is limited exercise u can do. i cannot perform well on machine, such as hack squat, smitch machine n else.

190-200 Optimum Nutrition Whey from Reyzai.

I heard people saying that Scivation is cheaper. But I haven't managed to find out any info.

I'm using Optimum Nutrition Whey from Reyzai now. It's RM190. Not bad, try it.

Whey is usually for faster recovery of muscle. There are many brands of whey with around the same amount of protein per scoop but they may differ in other nutritions. Optimum Nutrition seems to be the popular one. smile.gif

hmm... recovery of muscle would be nice. since sometimes, my muscle pain my last more than 2days = ="
though i workout other muscle groups on non-cosecutive days....

hmm... my weight increment sEems to be slowing down a lot.
though thru my workouts my strength seems to be improving constantly.
gonna try out whey or other supplimentary
