i think it cannot fit ur kitlens...because kitlens has a front rotating element(focusing element) CPL is needed to be twisted to get the best effect...so it will be troublesome if u have ur front element rotating..

So what is the alternative of this besides getting Hoya Pro 1D? What usually alpha user do to get CPL effects?

For landscape, this is not an issue. Still can be used.

Alternatively, you can :

1. Bracket your shots (using diff exp step) and merge it using photoshop program.
2. Take 2 different shots by metering the sky and the ground, then merged it.

CPL filter CAN be used on your kitlens or what ever front rotating element lens. but u will get a lil bit troublesome...
when u attach CPL filter on your kitlens or front rotating element lens, u should half press the shutter button to get in focus..
then while half press and hold it, adjust your CPL filter according to your needs...
