Guys, I've seen that whenever someone ask for macro poison, it's always SP90.

Is there anything in a-mount which is better than SP90?

1 - not ok. You are already in manual mode, exposure is already locked so you don't need AEL unless you are in P, A, S Mode

you don't just press AEL button, you press and HOLD AEL button

however, you can set not to HOLD by changing in the camera - MENU, AEL button [AEL Hold, AEL toggle]
usually we set to AEL Hold because we tend to forget to un-hold it if it is at toggle... well, I do biggrin.gif

panorama checklist:

0- mount on tripod << optional... only if u dun haf steady hand
1- manual mode.. small aperture.... check exposure... (lock AEL << only in P-A-S mode)
2- manual ISO
3- RAW ?? maybe FINE is fine.. rite?! hmm.gif
4- snap... move camera... snap... move camera.. snap... move camera.. snap... X100 times
5- take out CF card... transfer piccies...
6- PP ur heart out.. (heal the joint lines with clone tools / HDR / etc...)
7- TADAAA~~

if i'm not mistaken, 1680Z is around 2.5k while 16105 is aound 1.6k
