MU's sponsor for the new season is definitely still AIG , whose contract expires end of next season. and not Saudi Telekom. Whether the V neck kit as leaked is the real deal is still anybody's guiess.

It's almost 100% confirmed.... unless Nike was clever enough to perceive us jersey collectors and make us believe that this was going to be the new home kit...It has all the same specs like the new barca pinkish away kit... |

hmm on the cold storage bought staindevils...
smells and feels something like diluted thinner... but it seems to be working on the carlsberg logo...tho i think looks like i may need 3 bottles of it to do the job...then wash to see whatever residue is left...and 1 more bottle after that to make sure its clean. |

QUOTE(Everdying @ May 4 2009, 02:25 PM) hmm on the cold storage bought staindevils... Yes.. it is actually a form of thinner but it is light enough not to ruin the fabric but strong enough to remove glue residue..smells and feels something like diluted thinner... but it seems to be working on the carlsberg logo...tho i think looks like i may need 3 bottles of it to do the job...then wash to see whatever residue is left...and 1 more bottle after that to make sure its clean. It is handy to remove the lextra glue or glue from any PU printed namesets/patches or sponsors.... but beware, if you try removing it.... most likely it will leave some glue stain left.. so this method is best for removing something and to replace it back with the correct or same patches/nameset. |

guess those with the silver jersey may be curious...
so here are some pics, before washing, and after 2hrs of scrubbing... bottom right of 2nd pic is what i think is a dirt stain...so after washing then i see how clean it is and decide how much more work is left to do. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by Everdying: May 4 2009, 05:00 PM |

well, as a few pool fans already know...the silver jersey has crap qc.
the logo sticks very very well on the light colored squares, and comes off very very easily on the darker ones. so first go buy that stain devils from cold storage...flip back couple pages... after dipping in that solution etc for 2-3 mins... on the darker squares u can just peel the logo off like a light sticker. the light squares, u need to use a tool like a small flat head screwdriver and scrape it off...i used one of those small carlsberg toolkits...ironic eh and even that wont get rid of the glue...just the white logo thats stuck on the glue...cos the stupid glue sticks on so well on the light squares. ...so i just use my fingernails to slowly scrape the remaining glue off... like i said, i got to wash and have probably 1 more round of glue removal before i can see the final result. |

QUOTE(Everdying @ May 4 2009, 04:00 PM) well do not be afraid to damage what is already damaged If you want one.. you have 2 options..im not sure what im seeing is a stain or just dirt, have to wash it afterwards, but the remaining glue seems to be coming off with lots of figernail scraping after using a small tool to do initial scraping. guess have to wait and see later if it needs replacement, but then again i dont think anyone stocks carlsberg logos here... 1. You can buy it from ebay.. There's this ebay seller selling it: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LIVERPOOL-MAGLIA-JER...emZ270362829880 But it's DIY... still.. something nice to try. Only US $14.99 + US $3 (shipping).. around RM50-RM60 only 2. Go to Q-Line shop in Pertama Kompleks, bring along a jpeg, gif or better.. ai format (use Adobe Illustrator) of a carlsberg photo (black and white).. give it to the taukeh.. his name is James. Nice old man but can be grumpy sometimes.. ask him to DIY make one.. but I warn you it will be costly.. cheaper if can produce in massive quantities but if only one... it might be expensive. Would suggest you try option 1. Anyway off topic.. This is a good option for muslim liverpool fans who wants to remove their carlsberg sponsors on their liverpool jerseys... i have bought the new england jersi and put my own name and number.
if u still insist, just buy the one that player wear during qualifying and apply the qualifying patch(which is in the market but very rare and pricey) instead of world cup 2010 patch (which is not available in the market yet). for england jersey is even better because you can buy the match detail as well...to make it more authentic! good luck deciding mate |

It doesn't matter what number you want to use.. It's not wrong to use ROONEY 9 or ROONEY 10.like my spain jc, initially bought at al-ikhsan "cesc 8" when euro start it change to "fabregas 4" perhaps to be safe just print lampard? If you want to have the correct numbers as used by the players during World Cup, then wait la until 2010 and after the list of squad number is confirmed. BTW cesc used 10 not 8 during Euro 2008. |
