Are there any washing tags inside the jersey? Or there's no washing tags but the washing info is printed inside the jersey?

Want to buy from an EBAY seller but the seller claims that the jersey he is selling is made from portugal/ thailand, reject original version (not AAA grade), which he is selling for RM130.. rclxub.gif

Did up my jersey in R1 today. Wanted something special, therefore NB52. Got a few curious glares from the people who visited the store just now and even Daud thought someone screwed up my jersey numbering.

Back view of the jersey. To those wanting to do up their kits, R1 has all alphabets but limited on certain letters. But they don't have the BPL patch. I had to purchase from ALI.

Also did up my Arsenal Away Kit.

Saw this jersey in Al-Ikhsan Alamanda. The jersey reminds me of New York Yankees. sweat.gif

Both the away and third looks stunning, only 1 complain tho. The sleeve cuffs are a little too thick and the opening of the sleeves is REALLY huge. Can see your armpit very easily when you lift your arms.

Super fast Giotto with your Bendtner 52! I like that. Haha. And the Arshavin 23, I thought you wanted to wait until the summer transfer ends to be on the 'safe' side? Hehe.

Blame it on nike, because it seems that for this season's kit.. most teams have that kind of cuffs at the sleeves.

But I have to admit, the away and third kit is a beauty.

plokoon,
Can't wait la. Thing is, when i go down to KL, its due to some last minute meeting with my customers and unless i keep the jersey inside my car all the time, i won't be able to predict when im going down to KL. So i thought maybe i should take a gamble by applying AA23. I think he prolly wont leave us so fast, maybe 2-3 years time when Arsenal doesn't win anything again.

Schmikes,
If i were the jersey to play, there's an added weight on my shoulders. Having played with me so many times together, i guess my skills is there to be seen that i would mostly embarass myself if i wear the AA23. Besides, its a pain in the arse to hand wash the jersey, let alone after sweating like a pig in a futsal game.

Bendtner thinks when he double up his squad number he also can double his score tally.

On a side note...

I'm actually hoping to see more jerseys from other teams (other than United) being talked in this thread...

I don't know.. it's maybe me but it seems that it's only about Man United... Would love to see jerseys from other teams being discussed as well.... oh well...

Still concerned with the blue colour?

It looks ok to me...

Finally the new away socks:

So again.. how does jerseyman feel about the new away kit?

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Of course jerseyman loves it...

This jersey has a different touch to it (black with blue).. So similar to the 93-95 kungfu away kit.. but it was black, blue and yellow.... I know you guys complain that it is identical to the home jersey.. A bit bummer on that, and also initially it was a nightmare to see the initial sneak peek photos showing that the blue was similar to Man City's sky blue.. But jerseyman had a theory on this...

Remember that the jersey was being sold 'temporarily' earlier than the launching date.. Then suddenly it disappears from the store? I suspect that nike might called off the away kits and did some touch up to change the blue colour.. But it's just a funny guess.. Maybe the blue was still the same as it's original design and that the original leaked photos gave a different story and was a bit deceiving... Nevermind.

Hope this relieves the United jersey collectors..

Overall.. to summarize up things.. here's jerseyman ratings about the kit:

The away shirt:
Design: 3 out of 5 (just like the home kit.. nothing different)
Material: 4 out of 5 (comfy and similar like the home)
Cutting: 5 out of 5 (great cutting.. the sleeves were claimed to be different than the home but no complains here)
Comfortness: 4 out of 5 (round collars could take some toll to your neck, especially if your neck is huge)
Overall: 4 out of 5

The away shorts: 4.5 out of 5 (just like the home shorts, love the extra titsy bitsy details)

The away socks:
4 out of 5 (again, like the home socks but jerseyman would prefer if the V was on the front instead on the back)

Thanks for the reviews Jerseyman ... tQ x 9999999

If you think the kit design is nice, wait till you feel the material. Similar to the England kit, so its nice and soft. I think its combination of cotton and synthetic material. But yeah, Umbro's hit it right this season. I think the above Man City kit looks fabulous, besides the fact that the material is top notch.
