no need to register. just pay entrance fee rm3. frim is a good place to see the sights and work on endurance and stamina. not as many technical trails as kiara, but that depends on the rider. hope to see u on sunday. smile.gif

Got nothing to do so, here is a good n cheap shoe for mtb. bought it at 50% discount of RM269 = RM134.50(world of sport)

woke up late and abit tired, didnt go for frim ride. went with local group to kdcf. did 2 rounds. bloody stock cheap ass pedal disintegrating, screw went missing. bashed the pedal against back of calf during a technical part of the trail. swollen now. zzz.

I just came back (1 pm) from FRIM ride with PCC.
Altogether, it was 30 km (complete loop).
No accidents happened and the ground condition was perfect. brows.gif
Didn't get to meet "maxguy" even though he was cycling there.
Btw, "maxguy", were you doing "solo-ride"?
You should've followed us (PCC).

wuz with maxguy and 5 oth riders...did dream trail,steroid ended with a mini dream as they call it.came across two snakes....haha....abt 18Km ride full of suspense
