no need to register. just pay entrance fee rm3. frim is a good place to see the sights and work on endurance and stamina. not as many technical trails as kiara, but that depends on the rider. hope to see u on sunday.

Got nothing to do so, here is a good n cheap shoe for mtb. bought it at 50% discount of RM269 = RM134.50(world of sport)

woke up late and abit tired, didnt go for frim ride. went with local group to kdcf. did 2 rounds. bloody stock cheap ass pedal disintegrating, screw went missing. bashed the pedal against back of calf during a technical part of the trail. swollen now. zzz.
