Anyone using Hotlink 365 already?

I have tried to subsribe it but after the deduction need to wait for the sms to reach 1st before u top up again because if not the validity still remains the same and not 365..so just a reminder la for the forumers so u all wont rugi..cheers

My friend has bought the reload RM30 via Maybank2U. I have just reloaded my hotlink few days ago via reload card, and would like to know how long is this reload RM30 via Maybank2U expiry date? My friend told me it is only valid and must reload within 14 days. Is that true?

having the same problem with you but in e-statement it shows deducted. I called technical support they open a report for me to quickly finalize this problem.

Ive learn after deduct RM 33 when 365 feature is active you need reload rm 30 @ the next remaining 6 months

RM 30 = 30 days
RM10 = 10 days

except share a top up or transfer credit the validity is max 1 week.

Yes true need to top up RM30 with in the 6months..darn wasted my RM30..

anyone on hotlink experiencing poor delivery time for their smses? (in excess of 2 hours delay?)

What I meant here is not the after reload validity, but the expiry date for reloading.

Sorry that i not really sure but if buy from 7-11 machine the expiry date is stated there. Why not you call maybank and ask directly

myahsam, you do have the serial number right? The most important is the serial number. They confirm sure need it. Call CS and just reload with them.

Yes. Within 6 months, if not, the so called feature will be disabled.

If i forget to reload it within 6 months, that RM33 will be totally wasted...

Yes and if you request again, they'll charge you another RM 33.

Here is my success story on activating the 365 days thingie

1) Activate on Friday ( PAID DAMN RM 33 )
2) Monday no sms confirmation ( TODAY)
3) Called hotlink support complain
4) Open report
5) At the same day evening WALLA.





Because i am not a heavy user so this package is for me. I am 80% at the campus zone so my calls to maxis are 15 cent per min and sms 1 cent to any maxis number.
VVIP owner will start to abuse this of course for the right person to buy hahaha

Yes yr rm33 fly away lo but no need to worry la because they there will be sms to remind u from time to time lo so dont think its a problem la

seems like thier system not really standbay for this hotlink 365. after paid rm33, if u didnt call them, hong long should wait? nobody knows.

God knows when. We can hear from some of the people that already activate and havent receive confirmation right?

i just use actual package
