hi would like to ask, if i sell my hotlink prepaid card to another user, can he go and change ownership of the prepaid card to his name by himself ? meaning i just post the prepaid to him and he go change the name by himself ?

you can. but u just prepare a documentation stated you are changing this number to his person (FULLNAME AND IC) and give them your fotostated IC then u no need to be there and of course your signature

Calling them is not free. Maybe they will answer you that calling them more often will give you free calling them for few min?

It depends if you are doing legit business what's the harm? For example you are selling a number for the cost for two person to meet up @ maxis centre it not worth to even sell it especially outstation.

Learn to cross out stated for changing (number) ownership. Ive done that a few times if you are afraid then a simple solution dont sell.
