Added on March 12, 2009, 3:17 pmstill got another way like call hotlink to re-activate back after cancellation?

no, you dont need to reload your number every week just to make sure it active.. because you dont need the credit is active, all u want is to make sure maxis still keep the number for you.. there'are some grace period (about 2 or 3 month) before your number will be terminated permanently..

so, what i mean is just reload it before it permanently terminated (eg, reload rm5 for every two or three month)

Have you had a SIM card stopped working on you? Well, not stopped completely, but I can't read my SMS - it just sits there waiting. Tried a different SIM card no problem, so it looks my SIM card, not the phone.

What's involved in getting your number tranferred to a new SIM card?

new simcard they will charge rm10..
digi its free..

No, you can't once your number is being terminated. And your number would be recycle.

No need every week RM5, once a month or once every 2 months, just ask friend to transfer RM3 to you, and you will be extended validity for 3 days and 90 days before your number service terminate.

Easiest way don't want to bother, people? Reload online. RM10 for every 2 months isn't too much right?

No, can't.

Did that problem happen when you use your old phone? This is a quite common problem for Maxis. http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=943204&hl=

I to exact the service provider would terminate the line after 90 days which is 3 months in other words.

Actually I did have 2 prepaid numbers and all I do is that every month, I top up RM5 to my other line just to keep it active tongue.gif
