1. You should turn on the Itemized billing option in your value added service. If you choose to off this, you will only be given a bill summary...
2+3 . If you want to avoid the RM5 charge, log into your maxis online selfcare, go under the 'view my bill' option and follow the instruction there to choose for them to send you the itemized billing through email , not via post. This way, you get the itemized billing via email FOC.
No such thing about Value 50. You must have spoken with a part time college kid..... If you have any dispute with maxis on bills, call during office hours and ask them to direct you to billing department. They are the real maxis staffs that are authorized to give you rebate on the spots.
