about itemized billing (i have applied statement thru email):
1) i previously set off the itemized billing option
2) statement arrives, not satisfied with the charge
3) want to get itemized billing for that stmt thru email.. so can they CHARGE me RM5 or not?

anyway maxis sucks.. they give the wrong fact.. i subscribe Value 50, and they said the RM50 is a fix charge and any call usage after that incur separate cost... damm!

1. You should turn on the Itemized billing option in your value added service. If you choose to off this, you will only be given a bill summary...

2+3 . If you want to avoid the RM5 charge, log into your maxis online selfcare, go under the 'view my bill' option and follow the instruction there to choose for them to send you the itemized billing through email , not via post. This way, you get the itemized billing via email FOC.


No such thing about Value 50. You must have spoken with a part time college kid..... If you have any dispute with maxis on bills, call during office hours and ask them to direct you to billing department. They are the real maxis staffs that are authorized to give you rebate on the spots.

One question, i just bought my new number (the Rm8.00).On my old number, all my sms's r like 1 sen per sms. Since changing to this, i try to change to SMS plan, but it stated" SORRY, CHANGING TO THIS RATE PLAN IS NOT ALLOWED" I try Activ10 but still my sms rates are not 1 sen per sms. Can anyone help me with this??

I'm a maxis user and been given a free caller ringtone on my birthday zzzz i'm not much interested in this thing but well... since it's free so i press ok, after a month i received a msg for renewal that will cost xxxx, and in the msg it stated if wan cancel press *xxxx# (i forget those number) once i press those number i received a msg saying thank you for ur purchase! I was totaly stun rclxub.gif . Well then i let it be for another month and waited another month, so the next month the msg came again, and saying for renewal press xxxxx for cancelation press *110# and select music and cancel the chart, i do excatly and thought it is over ~ but this month i received the msg again mad.gif for renewal and saying for cancelation visit www.musicunlimited.com, i proceed to the website and surf for 1 hour only to found the whole page does not even have a place for you to cancel the call ringtone instead only purchasing icon available doh.gif
This is totaly a disaster for me and i'm strugling to cancel this bloody caller ringtone vmad.gif

SOME 1 PLS HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here a TIP for whoever using hotlink prepaid.

If you sms alot to maxis/hotlink user this CNY please go activate the 500sms for RM5 for 5 days from 6am-6pm or else when CNY maxis will disable that offer. QUICK QUICK QUICK its the supersaver

I guess you can get a custom caller ringtone .. there is a way i reckon..but cant recall..i'll find out for you soon..

It seems like this a very common problem. Every time I try to log in to check my get my e-statement, I can never log in.

It seems like Hotlink's OCS is the worse of all.

I have no problem logging into Hotlink site.
After keying in your login name and password, did you tick on the "Yes, I have read and understood the Terms & Conditions". ?
Could it be your Cache is palying up on you?
Go to Tools, Internet Options and delete the Cookies and Files.

hi guys.. need help here..
i've enable 3g for my hotlink and after that i get the 3g setting from the menu *100#..
after that, i follow the instruction to replace the current mms setting/etc. problem now is i'm not able to surf using 3g or send/receive mms. i hv try delete all the 3g and mms setting and get it again from *100#, but the problem still the same..
anyone can help on this? thanks..
