How to top up Rm33? By flexeload is it?

cannot be more than rm33?

You must top up the exact amount of RM33.

If I m nt mistaken, that shop is using flexi e-load. Only this way we can get RM33 right.

What is the number for Customer Service, I would like to call them about the latest Rm 33 for 365 day plan ..

1) First, top up using E-Reload (At shop only) - RM 33
2) After 5 days, you get message the new plan. Don't activate using *100 number.
3) In 6 month, you still have to top up at least minimum Rm 30 total.

This is confusing .. why should I still need to top up at least total Rm 30 for the first 6 month..

The different is now RM63 pure CREDIT

Last time following the same procedure THEY MAKAN RM33 as fee and i only have RM30 as credit.

So now i am damn piss i paid RM 33 as fee + rm30 credit

quite confusing lor...
so this mean that maxis will deduct rm30 from our balance in 6month???

Update (Second call) :

It's still the old plan ..

The only difference is :

1) Old plan - You have to pay RM 33 for activation . Non-Returnable and straight into their profit account.

2) New plan (today only) - You don't have to pay for the activation but only need to top up to RM 33. (Reminder : Do not activate/subcsribe using the *100#, just top up at any dealer/shop using E-Reload only, it will automatically change after 5 days)


Both the package need you to top up at least minimum RM 30 total for the early 6 month. No deduction, but top up for your own use even though you do have Rm 999 in balance.

Yes, just remember to top up at least RM 30 minimum (total) for the early 6 month. Save Rm 33 ..

so thats means they wontcharge any amount/ deduct credit for this am i right.
its just few months before they charge this plan.
those already use 365, really poor to u.
i think its trend nowaday, the first time product/anything launched in market, the price is high. then few months later it will drop drastically..hehe.

what happen if within 6 months, we dont topap cumulative 30?
will they cut the validity, or deduct the rm33, or both?(maybe here is the udang di sebalik batu, huhu)
for the already 365 user plan, they will cut the validity isnt it?

Yeah, but according to the Customer Service, this package only apply for today only (3 Jan 2009), tomorrow old plan ..

ereload mean what ? mean i just need to go any shop n tell them i want to top up RM33 ? that all? what if now my acct already expired? i need to activated it first then only top up another RM33?
