What is the number for Customer Service, I would like to call them about the latest Rm 33 for 365 day plan ..

1) First, top up using E-Reload (At shop only) - RM 33
2) After 5 days, you get message the new plan. Don't activate using *100 number.
3) In 6 month, you still have to top up at least minimum Rm 30 total.

This is confusing .. why should I still need to top up at least total Rm 30 for the first 6 month..

Update (Second call) :

It's still the old plan ..

The only difference is :

1) Old plan - You have to pay RM 33 for activation . Non-Returnable and straight into their profit account.

2) New plan (today only) - You don't have to pay for the activation but only need to top up to RM 33. (Reminder : Do not activate/subcsribe using the *100#, just top up at any dealer/shop using E-Reload only, it will automatically change after 5 days)


Both the package need you to top up at least minimum RM 30 total for the early 6 month. No deduction, but top up for your own use even though you do have Rm 999 in balance.

Yeah, but according to the Customer Service, this package only apply for today only (3 Jan 2009), tomorrow old plan ..

What is E-Reload? Every shop I go, they only have Flexi-Reload something like that .. is it the same? They also don't know what is E-Reload ..

Thanks, now I'm a little relieved. I thought I get a wrong way ...

No subscription. Just top up exactly RM33 for one time using the e-reload.

I called the customer service and they said those people will receive the sms confirmation after within 5 days.

Perhaps you can sms any of your friend that live near the phone shop to top up your number ..

Yesterday got the 365 days red gift message , hope that my Rm 380 unused credit just to keep the number alive everyday will finish within this year ..

Just top up right? If no expired or until certain date, then it's worth. If got date, no person to send SMS then you rugi liao .. ~
