When you call it takes like very long to connect means entering voicemail
If you call then immediately ring then you are ok

What the maxis customers want is 30secs-block charge (minimum).
Postpaid is charged by 20secs-block?

btw, my online web account to customize my ringtone got barred..coz i key in wrong password a few times..
and ill have to call customer service for that..

tell them you forget? What so scare? thats what i told them. U can request the password to send to your phone. Yes u will be charge if you are a prepaid user

What if you already have 365validity from the last promo (RM30+RM33)?
Then you top-up RM33 today, = 365+365 = 2years validity?
