@liuteva
mostly GC's stock cooler isnt enough
my uncle's PowerColor burnt coz overheated
the stock cooler takes 2 PCI slot, 1 is for the ports (obviously) and 1 more is for the cooling air duct which fails

I dont like to change the gc cooler to 3rd party one unless my gc stock cooling very lame and ugly.

Summore if you set the fan speed nicely, wont overheat bro.

try positive air pressure setup for ur casing. With that kinda exhaust cooler, positive setups can bring down ur gc temp at least a few 'C

Any ideas?

Btw my PSU fan is facing inside and it is not face bottom because too many dusts if face bottom as intake.

Yes, it is true but you check 590 bottom, the space from stand to table is very small summore its absorb alot dust, this case not like CM 690 because 690 got alot space at bottom.

@liuteva
ur GC cooler send heat directly out of the case
this means if u have no side panel fan should be ok. if u wanna go full acrylic without fan la. but botton from intake fan get a powerful one since u say u using CM590.
try pekies concept on positive pressure. this means top fan will be use as intake.. since it's cm590 without the top cover meaning u have on do a cheap dust filter like pekies but installed inside..
or u can purchase those metal dust filter and screw holes for 12cm fan and screw it on top of the case. (this way better. easier to clean)
front panel have to do like pekies also.. block everything around the fan so that no air can go out from there. meaning strictly all intake and exhaust at the back. remove one PC bracket below the graphic card. and also seal up the ventilation hole beside the PCI bracket too.

lol i tempted to try positive pressure on my HAF but just thinking of it and trying to imagine the outcome it always come out ugly =.=

@xel
i agree with u on Liuteva
if u have 1 more exhaust, which is ur PSU, then ur ventilation will get a little off
also, heat coming out from the PSU means more heat dissipation and less efficient

let ur psu suck air from the bottom, but also do not add any fan filters to the psu fan
it will jeopardize the air intake a lot

be sure u know how to clean PSUs maybe around once per 3 months??

At first, i put my PSU facing down. But after a month, the dust really more than enough sweat.gif, then i just turn it so far now so less dusts on it.

then try putting the car shades like how Pekies did
it might be able to fix the problem, but please make sure to clean it often
