@hahn
hahhaa busy with my campus shits.. cuz im in the student's association, gotta organize some event for CNY other major events, so yada yada busy. Actually took all the pictures before CNY liao.. but compiling and uploading takes so much time, so on pause now. CPU cooler using is deepcool iceblade pro.

its really easy to spray your casing. JUST SPRAY. lol spray 1 layer from 1 feet distance, wait for it to dry, and spray another layer again. easy peesy

@xelnamikaze
any brand will do i think. i bought the cheapest brand lol.

@regentcid
lol i have so many extra fans, dunno where to mount. So just simply put behind the heatsink la haha. Creates quite a turbulent.. the loudest point of my casing. Still its relatively silent setup.

@koki
just spray wherever reachable. Cuz places like inside the cdrom bays etc cant be seen unless u dip ur head into the casing and peep at it la.

*
Dust? My casing is almost dustless. Thanks to improvised RM4.90 car sunshades. Have a look.

he's not CHEAP la .. he's CREATIVE !

anyway pekies, have you tried 90CFM Fan before?

if yes, what is the results 90CFM vs Xigmatek Fan ?
*
just opened up my front panel to take pic of my 90cfm
to my surprise, the dead LED of one of me 90cfm revived! wtf?

Anyway, comparing 90cfm and xigmatek XLF, air pushed by 90cfm is slightly higher.. and i really mean slightly. If xigmatek XLF is rated at 61cfm, CM 90cfm will be around 70cfm subjectively. And if you read around forums, 90cfm's led tend to die out really fast, where by i havent heard bout XLF's LED is dying. Sound produced by 90cfm is also slightly higher than XLF. So personally, i'll prefer XLFs.. too much blue makes my rig looks normal and 'tame'

btw XLF 120mm is priced at rm25 from robyncom (rockrock) and rm28 for 90cfm.

XLF FTW.

forgot to ask.. ur ice blade pro compare to ur CCF which 1 better?
coz looking at IBP price quite good leh. just need to be aware u need to add money to get additional fan la
*
Iceblade pro with 1 fan lose to CCF with 1 fan.. but when iceblade pro mounts with 2 fans, its one of the best air cooler around.

QUOTE(kazairol @ Feb 10 2009, 06:54 PM)
bro, can u show me how u mount the fan there, pic on every angle if possible. smile.gif

i see u use cable tie only, is it stable? hmm.gif

@pekies
yea the iceblade look pretty damn good looking too compare to the CCF =D. so 2 fan twice the charm huh. CCF with 2 fans no good? or kenot mount 2 fan?

cushion double side tape for antivibration,
eh pekies the plastic u put around it to prevent the air to stray out from the front is wad plastic?
u like positive pressure means u have most fan on intake and only few on exhaust.
just curious if u tried terbalik or not. positive vacuum? LOL
put all top, back, side and bottom fan exhaust. front use the original LED fan and the drive cage area fan remove =D or just totally remove all front fan >< wonder how the result would be
*
IBP only cost rm110 from robyncom.. lol ask him postage to ur place maybe add rm7 or something.. then he sells xlf 120mm for rm25 only.. hahhaa dam cheap la compare to others. Btw i slightly lapped my IBP cuz the stock contact surface a bit rough.

Yeah, the transparent plastic is to preserve the positive pressure and prevent air from escaping from the front. Lol i cut it out from my front page of lecture notes. Like those transparent sheet at the front and back of a binded photostated book.. lol im seriously cheap.

try positive air pressure setup for ur casing. With that kinda exhaust cooler, positive setups can bring down ur gc temp at least a few 'C

INFERNO FX!
wah godlike
can buy almost 3 of my deepcool iceblade pro.

tips : remove the fans below ur GC.. those fans creates low pressure around in intake of ur GC, less airflow into ur GC, hence higher GC temp.

basically u want the air around ur gc to be as high pressure as possible to ease the air intake of ur GC fan..

cheers

p/s : i love pics
