coz many trainees do not know what is lwtr eventhough they are 2 years in the programme due to lack of information .also the instructor's never did tell, but just teaching them according to modules.

It's your choice lah.. 3-5 years is enough to cover many aircraft type ratings getting around 4k-5k in allowances alone.. with overtime.. easily 15k-25k a month.. MBA will only costs 30k? 40k? ahh only worth one-two month salary..

QUOTE(jazzy939 @ Sep 17 2012, 08:15 PM) Whoa, that statement is an insult to DCA Malaysia and its licence holders! taukeh sudah marah.. teh tarik tapau plss.. haha No approval from any company is required lah.. DCA is the REGULATORY BODY lah for crying out loud! If you're an approved DCA organization, then you do need DCA licence holders(airlines and MROs), and if you're are not, then you DO NOT NEED DCA Malaysia's licence holders. Ada paham?? what he said earlier was maybe, bcar section L not as laku as dcam since dcam is newer and the company wants instant dcam holders..(subject to whose busines the company wants to do).but well, better experienced sect L than newbie dcam... and in malaysia all must be atleast dcam or sect L to start work....... cant survive on easa holders alone... not enuf market for europe aircraft here:) |
