no worries, if you really want it, you wont have any problem
there is few female LAE in MAS both in Airframe and Electrical trade
even my batch there is three female.

you can always choose other path
the mas training school may looks good from outside
but you wont think the same once youre in it

once hv a license,no need to worry.can go anywhere laugh.gif
*
its not true
once u got the license, you cant simply go anywhere,
it depends on what type of license the country(you want to work) accept
let say u got dca license u cant work in some european airlines as now they are accepting easa license
with dca license some of the airlines i know where we can use the license is emirates, qatar and saudi
so the best bet is to get an easa license as u can work in most countries and still convert to malaysian dca license wit just an air leg papers
as for easa license, u cant convert dca license to easa license, you have to go through all the module examinations and the works schedule(experience)

inside here you can see example of the license or locally known as "buku merah" biggrin.gif
AME License Example

Then if i decided to change it back to DCA, still have to go through those modules?
*
modules are only for easa
theres no modules for dca
theres only airframe, engine and air legs paper for dca in terms of mechanical side
but to convert from easa to dca license we only need to sit for the air legislation exams

halo, guys. smile.gif when can i only sit for my DCA exam? usually how long it takes for people to become LAME? if hardworking, how long?
*
it doesnt matter if you are hardworking or not
u still need enough experience to apply for the exam
roughly it should be 4-5 years do your reading on the first page
almost everything is there

QUOTE
erm..Air legislation is diff than EASA module? if yes, whr we can get those info to study?

of course its different
different country will have different law,
but it will be quite similar

refer here

Basic Air Leg

or a much more complicated way

Any chances for mechanical engineer to be lame ( Degree Holder ) ... hmm.gif  hmm.gif
*
i got a few of my intakes and senior/junior who is actually a degree holder
in my personal opinion it is just a waste of time
imagine around 5 years for degree + 5 years for lame
better go for tech service or other path

fuhhh
harder than tame interview
but then my answer would be similar to jazzy

1.Refer mel, usually can inop one system but restriction; maybe the cruising altitude has to be lowered
3.It doesnt depend on cycles, but in life (years)

the pm or vip on board question is really famous, they even use it in dca oral biggrin.gif

bout the calibration, even i havent been there,
if you got the answer, do tell me

QUOTE(JohnMax @ May 27 2010, 10:34 PM)
Today my oral,

What is stability?

What is equilibrium?

....
*
stability is the tendency of the object to return to its original condition/state after being disturbed by an external forcea(divided to dynamic stability and static stability)
example: when an aircraft flies and got blown by wind it will return to its original condition after the wind finish blowing

equilibrium is when all forces acting on a body is equal in all direction
example: when an aircraft is cruising, the thrust equal to the drag and the lift is equal to the weight, so the aircraft is in equilibrium

thats not the exact answer as that comes from my head, but you should get the idea
