5 years is more than ample. If you messed up, well you're not good enough to be an LAE! laugh.gif

it means that it is better to get your lwtr first then only take MBA rather than getting your diploma/degree first and then get your lwtr. am i right? biggrin.gif
in this sense u get salary as an lae at the same time you can complete your MBA later on

1.LAME is license holder , can certify maintenance on aircraft while aircraft maintenance degree/diploma holder only have diploma or degree

2.not necessary

3.LAME can work as LAME, degree/diploma canot work as LAME if didnt take the license.

4.LAME will be LAME doh.gif , degree/diploma usually become junior technician, tech service engineer, aeronautical engineer etc, or an LAME if u take license.

5.APR, METC for LAME, Miat, Nilai for dip/degree

more info, can refer to first page,

In term of career prospect? Isn't it better to have a degree over having the license?

with license u can be LAME , with diploma/degree/masters you can fight with the other graduates to get a position, your call rolleyes.gif

new Airworthiness Notices is already published in DCA's website, numbered as AN1101
and from what i understand, current BCAR A&C license holder need to take 6 modules to remove their limitations and for A license holder need to take 8 modules to remove the limitations sweat.gif

not sure on avionics though coz im in airframe tongue.gif , have a look in the AN

O_O as i know tat is a latest airbus
*
B777 is a Boeing, it has been around for more than 15 years , note the B infront means its a Boeing eg B737, B747
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boeing_777

if an Airbus, it would start with A. eg A320, A330, A380(this one is the latest)
