#68i wouldnt recommend you to do it, but i fix my problem with it.
you need to buy a T7 screwdiver to open up the two screw at the back of the phone
for safe try to save this video into your phone and let the service technician have a look on it and ask them to fix it according to the instruction in the video.

IntructionPrepare a T7 screwdriver (less than RM10), a clean environment, a proper lighting, wash your hand and dry it, and make sure you have 2 minutes free time

1. make sure switch off you phone.
2. open up the back casing and remove your battery and simcard from the phone.
3. you can see that there are two silver T7 screw at both side of the top part casing, remove both.
4. remove the cover, then you can see there the GPS antenna near the volume button there.
5. try to slowly push the antenna up to give it more degree so it can touch the film at the back of the casing.
6. Put back all the things and test out wherether you can get GPS signal through GPS data - option - satellite status.
7. If not, go to the service center.
