at 1st i also quite scared maa, coz although its ori, but already the FW to euro version. nway, lucky it still update smoothly despite a little bit size diff between euro and apac version.

anyway if dead, can easily revive using phoenix method

I encountered it as well, 4 times.
I restarted my PC, turned my router off then on again, and I dunno if it's related but I charged up my phone since it says it cant update coz my phone hasn't got enough juice.
Then all works fine.

Maybe new firmware like to cache more stuff in ram to make the phone more speedy.
