Yes Landscape mode on 5800 is not compitable, maps will look wired with right hand side with wiered display.
what virtual key mapping set u use???? Im not using the 3 mapping as the volume up and down doestn work for me when mapping,
I use the 1st mapping for virtual key, camera button as down, menu button as up, it is working fine with me.................

Actually i seldom use GMXT on my 5800, as i have a Garmin Nuvi 760 with me.............i have a N82 that running GMXT as well, to install GMXT into my 5800 is to proof to my customer that 5800 also can run GMXT

yes u r right, for me all i ticked coz im Data unlimited user, haha. actually i seldom use 5800 as my GPS navigator one, i have a proper Car Navi name it Garmin Nuvi 760, for jungle trackking i have a Garmin GPSMaps 60CSx, For Traning and exersize i have a Garmin Forrunner 405 watches type GPS with heart rate monitor. Im a GPS hobby gila guy

Im Garmin product reseller, but i deal with AECO Tech (Malaysia Official Garmin distributor) set only, i tak main Parellel import punya.

I use the Talking Dictionary (Cambridge ), I forgot where I got it from, it was mentioned in the older versions of the thread.

As for dictionaries, I'm using MSDict (Eng - Jap installed)... Works like a charm, except for the fact that I can't put any sort of Japanese characters into the dict at all...

Maybe I could with SlovEd, no idea...

There's a whole bunch of dicts available for MSDict (Collins Eng, Eng-Ger, Eng-It, Eng-whatever you choose lar), only problem would be input lar for the languages we do not have the IME for (Euro languages, Jap for instance)...

just be carefull when u open, especially on the camara area.

yes agreed. and besides, one major problem of crystal casing is usually the connector. some crystal casing won't let u pasang usb or 3.5 jack connector because u created a new layer making the connector cannot fit properly. best thing just use the black casing provided.

i noe got some rumours over here saying about some lines appearing after long usage, but i've been using it since day 1 (20/1/09) nothing happen maa.

kawan.. that gps inside one got to bayar la.. why need to use such things when i already got rm98 3.6mbps celcom 3g together with my phone.. haha
